6TH STRAIGHT HUDSON COUNTY TITLE FOR HUDSON CATHOLIC!

St. Peters University Jersey City, N.J…. Hudson Catholic continued it’s Hudson County dominance by defeating St.Peters Prep 48-32 and in the process winning it’s 6th straight County Tournament!

Junior Jahvon Quinerly(center) spearheaded Hudson Catholic’s attack by scoring 20 points, pulling down 6 rebounds and dishing out 5 assists! Junior Louis King(right) added 16 points and Junior Luther Muhammad(left) played a solid all-around game with 6 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals! The game started off slow as Hudson took a 19-16 halftime lead as Quinerly had 11 of his teams 19 points! The second half belonged to King as he accounted for 12 of his points and Hudson pushed the lead to 33-21 at the end of the 3rd quarter and coasted the rest of the way! Senior Shayne Simon led Prep with 11 points and Junior Brendan Thiele added 9!
