GREVE’S 33 POINTS LIFTS WAYNE VALLEY OVER PASSAIC COUNTY TECH 58-53!

006Wayne,N.J…… Senior Kyle Greve scored 25 of his game high 33 points in the first half as Wayne Valley took a 35-20 halftime lead and held off a late Passaic County Tech run to win 58-53! Tech did a much better job defensively in the 2nd half as Wayne Valley only had 5 field goals in the stanza and Junior Eric Alford-Johnson scored 14 of his 22 points to help P.C.T. get as close as 50-47 with 2:40 left in the 4th quarter! But Greve made two free throws and Junior Alex Kokos layup gave Wayne Valley a 54-47 lead and some breathing room! Kokos finished with 14 points and 4 assists for Wayne Valley! Johnson added 11 rebounds and 4 blocked shots to his stats, while Senior Alijah dae Kenner scored 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for Passaic County Tech!
