HACKENSACK SUMMER LEAGUE!

Hackensack, N.J…….The Hackensack Summer League came to it’s conclusion with a championship game that featured Top Dog Trophy’s and the Chit Chat Diner! After a close first half, Top Dog took control and went home as the Hackensack Summer League champs!

Don Bosco Prep’s rising Senior Ron Harper(right) was the catalyst for Top Dog with a game high 27 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists! Bergen Charter rising Junior Dasan Jones added 15 points and Kennedy rising Junior Nijel Towns added 11 points and Kennedy rising Senior Jamir Lattimore led the way defensively and also added 8 points and 7 assists! The Chit Chat team had went undefeated during the season but after a close first half went cold in the second half as they were outscored 40-27! Kennedy rising Senior Jaylen Colon led Chit Chat with 20 points and 6 assists and Hackensack rising Senior Toren Portee and Bergen Catholic rising Junior Zach Freemantle each scored 11 points!
