RIDGEFIELD PARK DEFEATS GARFIELD 53-36!

Garfield, N.J……Senior Alex Willoughby hit 5″triples” and scored 15 points and Senior Chanz Martinez added 11 points to lead Ridgefield Park to a 53-36 win over Garfield!

Willoughby(far right) made all of his “triples” in the 1st half as Ridgefield Park took control finishing the half up 30-15! Garfield tried to come back in the second half, cutting the deficit to three 36-30 as Garfield Senior Darko Petroski made a “triple”and  Sophomore Nakie Graham scored on a layup! Buckets by Junior Hector Delorenzo and Senior Jonas Espinal gave Ridgefield Park some breathing room and Martinez(right) took over late as they cruised from there! Espinal added 5 assists in the contest and Senior Danny Lane pulled down 10 rebounds for RP! Petroski led Garfield with 16 points!
