Juwaun Carter– Depaul– The athletic Carter is establishing himself as the best Northern New Jersey player in the area. He also is having a strong AAU season for Wayne Pal as he has gotten rave reviews in Pittsburgh and Boston tournaments! His play has garnered interest from mid major D-1 schools.
