Beckford M.V.P. Of Classic

Brandon Beckford led a balanced attack as Don Bosco Prep showed they will still be a contender for the          Bergen County title with an impressive 80-63 win over Bloomfield Tech. Beckford was named M.V.P. of the Hoop Group Tipoff Classic. He was not alone, as sophomore Vaughn Gray added 12points and Max Brewer contributed 9 points and 3 assists. Prep led 42-24 at the half and never looked back as three consecutive three point plays sealed the game. 11 players scored for Prep.
