BERGEN CATHOLIC LOOKS TO MAKE NOISE!!

Watching Bergen Catholic in FallBall action, a couple things definitely comes to mind! They are deep and talented enough to cause huge problems for Passaic and Bergen County teams and figuring out their rotation may be a problem!015 The Crusaders will go as Sophomore point guard Gilberto Cue (top right)will take them! While most of the other positions are interchangeable, he is by f003ar their best ball handler and distributor and they seem to be a much comfortable team when he’s running the offense! 6’5 Senior Nadi Beciri(left) will be his usual hard working self in the paint, but the improvement of 6’7 Junior Kevin Marfo makes this spot even stronger! Senior Brandon Johnson(right) is as solid a wing and shooter in the area and 6’0 Senior Brian Ward can also shoot the rock, but they may have acquired the best “triple” shooter in the area in Don Bosco Prep transfer 6’0 Junior Justin Salem! 6’2 Junior wing Elijah Wilson, 6’0 Hackensack transfer Junior Anthony Uribe and 6’3 Sophomore Jayson Graham gives Bergen Catholic even more fire power, and that doesn’t take into account the status of 6’9 Senior Matej Juric who may or may not stay at the school! Having said this, Coach Billy Armstrong will still have his hands full in 017determining who should be on the court and when, because while these are a bunch of good solid players, no one but Cue, Johnson and posiibly Salem when he’s eligible are guys that MUST be on the floor! So Coach Armstrong will have to go game to game to figure that situation out! Still, not a bad problem to have and if he gets it right Bergen Catholic will have a legitimate shot at competing for a Bergen County Jamboree title!!
