Pope John Of Sparta and Playaz Basketball Club 6’9 post man Moustapha Diagne made his College decision! Diagne chose Syracuse University over Memphis U!
Diagne made his commitment at the Mary Kline Classic at West Orange H.S. As told to ZagsBlog Diagne said”It’s a good school, they have a great basketball program and Coach Adrian Autry we built a good relationship and I feel comfortable with Syracuse”! He brings a lot of energy to the court, he’s got athleticsm h is Pope John Coach Jason Hassan said” He definitely is improving his offensive skills, stepping out to 15 feet. He’s going to start being able to step out to the three next year. I think he brings alot of versatility to Syracuse because he can play multiple positions. He can guard multiple positions! Diagne had numerous other offers such as Villanova, Penn St., Rutgers, St. Johns, Cincinnati, UConn, Seton Hall, West Virginia, Temple, Cleveland St.,Oregon St., Iona, Manhattan, LaSalle and Rhode Island! In the end the Rivals #28 player in the Class of 2015 was most comfortable with the Orange! Gardenstatehoops would like to congratulate Moustapha and his family and guardians on his College decision!!
