GARDENSTATEHOOPS DIARY: SEAN MCKINLESS–ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL

Written by Cameron on . Posted in Uncategorized

008 Sean McKinless has had a big summer in AAU entering his Senior season and is primed to lead St.Joe’s back to prominence. His team has plenty of depth and perimeter skilled guys and if they can get a decent output from their front court they will be making noise at the end of the basketball year! McKinless has upped his game tremendously and is the leader of this squad as he has been a key component the past two years! His skills and leadership will be the defining factor for Joe’s! Sean will give his take for the new year in his first Diary installment! Gardenstatehoops thanks Sean for taking the time to express himself to us!

With the first game of my senior season approaching, here an update on what’s going on at St.Joe’s. We return four Varsity starters this year, and have a handful of Seniors as well as underclassmen that have stepped up to fill large roles for us. After scrimmaging Newark Eastside, Paterson Eastside  and St.Mary’s we feel like we have prepared ourselves for the season. Our first game is Friday Dec. 19th against DePaul Catholic. We have a close group of seniors on and off the court, with help from our underclassmen we hope to make a run in the post-season and make this season special.
