GORDON’S TRIPLE LIFTS RAMAPO PAST HACKENSACK 59-56!

004Ramapo,N.J…..  Ramapo Junior Chris Gordon hit a long range three at the buzzer to defeat Hackensack 59-56! Ramapo trailed most of the contest as Hackensack held a small lead through three quarters! Ramaapo took their first lead of the game since the 1st quarter on a jumper by Junior Matt Latka that gave them a 46-44 lead with 7:20 left in the game! The lead went back and forth the rest of the way! A short jumper by Junior Keith Woetzel(12 Pts) and a free throw from Junior Ryan Curtiss gave Ramapo a 56-54 lead with 31.2 seconds left, but two free throws from Hackensack Sophomore Ahmed Bailey tied the game up at 56 with 14.7 seconds! It set the stage for Gordon who only had two points at the time, heroics! Latka led Ramapo with 15 points and Freshman Jason Oppler scored 10 points! Hackensack was led by Bailey with 14 points and Junior M.J. Richardson with 13 points!
