JAMES RECORD SETTING SHOOTING LIFTS TEANECK PAST PASCACK VALLEY 84-61!

005Teaneck,N.J…… Freshman Ja’Quaye James knocked down a school record 10″triples”and scored a career high 36 points as Teaneck defeated Pascack Valley 84-61! James(right) connected on 7 of his 10 treys in the 1st half as Teaneck took a 43-23 halftime lead! Pascack Valley had a 13-2 run to start the 3rd quarter cutting the lead to 45-36, but Teaneck fought it off and pushed the lead back up to 61-42 to end the 3rd! Sophomore Leondre Washington who with James creates probably the best backcourt in the area scored 22 points as they combined for 58 of their squads 84 points! James three point shooting broke the record of 9 by former Iowa St. standout Michael Nurse! Pascack Valley had four players in double figures as Sophomore Legend Dominguez scored 13 points, Sophomore Matt Vassel scored 12 points and Sophomore Noah Baumgarten and Junior Colin Diedrick chipped in 10 points a piece!
