NEW FACES ON THE HIGHSCHOOL SCENE!

861 As the highschool season begins a new crop of talented players who were stars as 8th graders are now competing on the highschool level with a majority of them being varsity players! Here are some of the young pups to keep an eye on this coming season!

 

The #1 New Jersey Freshman is 6’8 Nazareon Reid who will attend Roselle Catholic, while the #2 player is considered to be 6’5 Amani Sexton(right) who will play for Paterson Charter! The Patrick School boasts 6’11 Koka Buay and Hudson Catholic brings top freshman Jahvon Qui004nerly(left) and Luther Muhammad(bottom left)! Louis King and Aaron Clarke will join Reid at Roselle Catholic, while St.Anthony bring Marquise Nowell and Chauncey Sterling to the roster. Rodrique Massenat will join B005uay at the Patrick School! Justin Winston made an about face and headed to West Orange after it seemed Hudson Catholic would be his destination! Teaneck will boast one of the most exciting guards in the state in 5’7 JaQuaye James(right) while Hackensack brings in top 6’2 guard Atiba Taylor(bottom right) and a sleeper in B.J. Salida who can really play the game! DePaul Catholic will bring in 5’9 guard Jamir Lattimore as well as 6’1 wing Michael Koch,while Tyson Etienne will be getting it in with Bergen Catholic! The Paterson Charter School is in it’s second varsity season and freshman Jaylen Colon and Javis Terrell hope to contribute with Sexton! Two top freshman that will be heard from thisphoto (9) season are 6’0 guard Tav019on Jones and 5’9 guard Mikey Watkins will be playing for Linden and Union Catholic respectively and Newark Eastside will rely right away on 6’0 guard Jahid Jenkins! Gill St. Bernard will have 6’6 Dallas Hoffman while down South, Neptune will have 6’5 Forward Jared Kimbrough in the mix right away! Their are more young players that will be a factor for their teams this season and Gardenstatehoops will acknowledge them as the year progresses!
