The Paterson Rec/Playaz Basketball Wednesday FallBall League took place and saw that Teaneck, Newark Eastside, Gill St.Bernard and Pope John all were in tough games but pulled out wins! Junior Jawuan Daniels sudden death bucket in overtime gave Teaneck a 46-44 win over Kennedy! Daniels(right) finished with 12 points and Senior Nick Whitaker added 10 for Teaneck! Senior Alphonso Gee led Kennedy with 10 points as they had 10 players score in the game! Junior Elijah Olaniyi(left) and Sophomore Jihad Jenkins(mid right) each scored 14 points to lead Newark Eastside to a 52-48 win over Don Bosco Prep! Brown University commit Senior Brandon Anderson led Prep with 18 points! Sophomore Aaron Clark(bottom right) scored 14 points and Senior Ray Montilus scored the game winning basket to give Pope John a 45-43 victory over St.Joseph(Montvale)! Senior Nate Garvey scored 13 points to lead St.Joe’s! Sophomore Alex Schachne(bottom left) scored 10 points to lead Gill St.Bernard to a 34-26 win over Immaculate Conception! sophomore Jalen Carey led I.C. with 9 points!
