PLAYAZ CLINCH PEACH JAM BIRTH!!!

Two games was all it took……….. The Playaz Basketball Club went out to Minneapolis,Minnesota for the final leg of the Nike EYBL season and won their first two games Saturday! The wins clinch a Peach Jam birth in July! The Playaz have now won 10 straight games and have a record of 12-2! They beat Travelers Basketball Club 87-73 and defeated C.I.A. Bounce(Can) 65-57! The first game they were led by their star guard Isaiah Briscoe who scored 20 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished out 5 assists and Freshman phenom Travon Duval(pictured) who scored 20 points and handed out 5 dimes! Myles Powell and Temple Gibbs Jr. both scored 15 points in the game and Gibbs Jr also chipped in 5 assists! Camron Justice led Travelers with 17 points! The next game against C.I.A. Bounce Briscoe again led the scoring with 21 points, but it was Moustapha Diagne’s 16 points, 15 rebounds and 3 blocked shots that paved the way! Montague Gill- Ceasar led Bounce with 22 points! The Playaz will play Each 1 Teach 1(Fl) Sunday at 4pm EST,  but will not play their last game against Athlete’s First(Ok) on Monday due to a scheduling conflict!
