TEANECK WINS SUMMER LEAGUE” CHIP” !

Votee Park, Teaneck, N.J…… The Teaneck Summer League came to it’s conclusion with two semifinals and a championship game and at the end of the night Teaneck was crowned champs!008

 

 

 

The two semifinal games pitted Teaneck against St. Joe’s and in that contest Teaneck won handily 60-35 as upcoming Junior Ceasar DeJesus scored 16 points and upcoming Senior Myles McLeod added 12! Upcoming Sophomore Devin Lawson led St.Joe’s with 12 points! The second semifinal was a good contest between Passaic Valley and Pascack Valley! Upcoming Senior Stefan Minic scored 15 points to lead Passaic Valley to a 41-37 win! Upcoming Junior Shawn Ulrich grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked two shots in the game for Passaic Valley! Pascack Valley was led by Ryan Onderdunk with 15 points!012

 

That left a Teaneck- Passaic Valley Championship game! Upcoming Senior Corey Brown(pictured), who was the M.V.P. of the League, DeJesus, McLeod and incoming Freshman Leondre Washington all scored in double figures as Teaneck took control early and despite runs by Valley coasted to a 53-30 win and the Summer League title! Minic’s 10 points was the bright spot for Passaic Valley!
