DOUBLE DOSE OF MONDAY FALLBALL!!

Kennedy H.S., Paterson,N.J….Because of the cancelled games from last week, the Monday FallBall League teams all got two games in for a total of eight played for the night! In the first set of games DePaul, St. Peters Prep, Newark Tech and Christian Brothers Academy all won! Senior Juwaun Carter led DePaul with 32 points and Sophomore Robert Robinson added 16 points as they defeated Kennedy 61-43! DePaul handled a couple Kennedy runs to pull away! Sophomore Alphonso Gee led Kennedy with 12 points! Sophomore Mustafa Lawrence scored 18 points in Newark Tech’s 45-32 win over Bergen Catholic! No player was in double figures for B.C.! Navy commit Louie Pillari scored 15 points and C.B.A. overcame the 27 point effort from Junior Matt Zignorsky as they defeated Pope John in a close 61-60 win! In St. Peters Prep 73-42 win over North 13th St. they had four players in double figures, led by Sophomore Najee Hunter’s 18 points(far right)! In the second set of games C.B.A., Newark Tech, St. Peters Prep and Bergen Catholic got in the win column! C.B.A. got 21 points from Sophomore Pat Andree as they defeated DePaul 60-49! Carter led DePaul with 26 points! Junior Jordan Zagadou(right) scored 12 points to lead Newark Tech to a 50-47 win over Kennedy! Gee led Kennedy with 26 points! St.Peters Prep Sophomore Hunter had another strong game with 23 points, Senior Austin White scored 21 points and Sophomore Armaveer Singh added 17 points as they beat Pope John 64-50! Zignorsky scored 25 points for Pope John! In the final contest Senior Brandon Johnson scored 10 points to lead Bergen Catholic to a 36-24 win over North 13th St.!
